My Story
The Beginning: Diving In Head First
My career started at one of Germany's leading SEO agencies. I rose quickly, became a team lead, and got an inside look at the machinery behind the scenes. Big clients, big budgets, big promises. From the outside, everything looked perfect.
The Disillusionment: Shiny Facade, Cracked Foundation
Behind the glossy promises, reality looked different. Too many projects per employee. Outdated methods. Inexperienced colleagues managing clients without understanding their industry. No personal point of contact — just a slow ticket system that swallowed requests. Clients paid high monthly retainers and got mediocre results in return.
The Decision: Going All In
I knew there had to be a better way. But within the agency structure, I couldn't change anything. So I made a decision that changed everything — as a young father, with all the financial risks that come with it. I went independent. Not because it was comfortable, but because I could no longer reconcile the status quo with my conscience.
