Is there a minimum contract term?

No, neither a contract commitment nor a minimum term. You can end the collaboration at any time, with no notice period.

How does working together actually work?

After a free intro call you get a proposal built around your situation. For ongoing work I bill monthly based on the hours actually spent, at EUR 69 net per hour. Single consulting hours and all AI work are EUR 120 net. Every month you also get a breakdown of what I worked on.

What does the free intro call cover?

A 30-minute conversation about your goals and what is realistically within reach. You get an honest first assessment, free and with no strings attached.

Why are there three pricing models?

Because the effort is different. In ongoing work I know your project and can plan ahead, which is why that rate is the lowest at EUR 69 net. A single hour always starts from zero: read in first, then judge, and do both quickly. That hour and all AI work are EUR 120 net. An on-site appointment takes a full block of time plus travel and comes to EUR 150 net per hour.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes. I support agencies as an external SEO specialist on their client projects. Discretion and white-label work are a given. How that works is described on the partner inquiries page. You can also reach out by email or WhatsApp directly.

How quickly can we get started?

Usually within a week of the intro call, and often sooner for urgent requests.

How does an on-site appointment work?

I come to your office, usually for half a day or a full day. Typical reasons are a workshop with the marketing team or a strategy session with everyone at the same table. You pay for the time on site at EUR 150 net per hour, plus the travel fee agreed beforehand. The number of people taking part does not change the price. Tell me briefly what it is about and we will find a date.

How do you charge for travel?

On top of the time on site there is a travel fee based on distance. It is in the proposal before the appointment takes place, and nothing gets added afterwards. I am based in Lünen in the Ruhr area, so appointments anywhere in North Rhine-Westphalia are straightforward and usually fit into a single day. Outside NRW we settle travel and timing up front. Longer distances can call for an overnight stay, and that goes into the proposal as well.

Why does AI work cost more than SEO?

Because it is development work rather than account management. A chatbot trained on your company knowledge, or an automation, gets built and tested before it runs inside your systems. On top of that come specialized tools and ongoing model costs. So all AI work is EUR 120 net per hour, even when we already work together on an ongoing basis. SEO, Google Ads and the other services stay at EUR 69 net.

Is there anything on top of the hourly rates?

All prices are net, plus the statutory German VAT of 19 percent. Your ad budget for Google or Meta goes straight to the platform and never runs through me. Costs for tools or interfaces only come up if we agreed on them beforehand.

Do I get an estimate before we start?

Yes. Before the work begins I tell you how many hours I expect and what happens in that time. If it looks like it will take more, you hear it in advance and decide whether we continue. You will never get an invoice you did not see coming.

Who works on my project?

You deal with me from start to finish, not with a rotating cast of account managers. Nothing we discuss has to be handed on internally first, and you never have to explain your situation three times.
